The pool is closed for cleaning and maintenance on Wednesdays.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Stained bed linen and towels may incur charges. Do not use the layette to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

PHOTOGRAPHIC SHOOTS or consumption of alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted in the common areas of the building, especially in the swimming pool, please respect all condominium rules.

THE APARTMENT


The studio with bespoke furniture is very well decorated in the industrial style, in gray and black colors and with wooden elements bringing an air of sophistication and modernity, its extended balcony and large windows make it spacious and with a high view to give light to the room.
