Recently renovated and with an incredible view from the iconic large window on the 10th floor of one of the tallest buildings in the city, the studio located in Mirante do Vale is the stage for the beautiful Santa Ifigênia viaduct.

The renovation and decoration is a separate chapter: the project was designed by Renato Mendonça who, using fine materials in all spaces, integrated them in a harmonious and optimized way, making it spacious and full of personality.

We only accept small pets (cats or dogs) with a maximum of one (01) per reservation, subject to an additional fee. Please check with us before booking.

The available laundry is self-service, paid, and operates 24/7 inside the building.

There is a paid parking lot right next to the building.

Note: According to established rules of the condominium, together with the fire department, the apartment will receive a flame-retardant closure on the lower part of the large window, that is, on the 3 lower panes of glass.

Mirante do Vale is a building that for 48 years was considered the largest building in the country, as well as being the 18th tallest skyscraper in South America, measuring 170 meters high.

Designed by architect Waldomiro Zarzur, its construction began in 1960 and was inaugurated in 1966, and until then it has original characteristics that have been preserved, taking us on a journey to a bygone era and, in parallel with that, bringing modernity through its extension, known such as Sampa Sky, which is a modern and current space, which receives tourists from all over the world and is a separate area of ​​the building.

O horário de check in padrão é às 15:00 e check out é até as 11:00. Se você precisa de mais flexibilidade, por favor nos solicite e checaremos a disponibilidade.

Roupas de cama e toalhas manchadas poderão ser cobradas. Não use o enxoval para retirar maquiagem, pois elas causam manchas permanentes.

Não é permitido fumar no apartamento ou áreas comuns do Edifício. Caso isso ocorra, será cobrada uma diária extra.

Nosso horário de atendimento é das 09:30 às 23:00. Após esse horário não temos suporte online.

Aceitamos apenas animais (gato ou cachorro) de pequeno porte e o máximo de um (01) por reserva com pagamento de tarifa extra. Favor, consultar antes de reservar.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document prior to arrival. After booking, you must send us an ID photo of all guests.

Visitors are not allowed.

The pool is closed for cleaning and maintenance on Mondays.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is by 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask and we will check availability.

Stained bed linen and towels may be charged. Do not use the trousseau to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas of the building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.
