Located in the heart of the most vibrant, bohemian, artistic and architectural neighborhood in the city of São Paulo, this minimalist studio, in Vila Madalena, has everything you need for a perfect and cozy stay.

The building offers laundry facilities for a fee in its common areas, outside the apartment.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

It is not permitted to receive visitors.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

Stylish and comfortable apartment, with an entrance through the famous Benedito Calixto Square and 10 min walking from Oscar Freire or Vila Madalena. With stylish decor, it has an open and well-equipped kitchen, including an oven, comfortable bed, good furniture, cabinets, air conditioning and other care.

Building with excellent structure: swimming pool, gym, laundry (included in the price, but the service takes 3 working days to be done) and secure garage.

The studio has a balcony overlooking the Ed. Une, full kitchen with basic utensils for everyday cooking, air conditioning, wi-fi, swimming pool, gym, garage and 24-hour concierge.

Comfortable apartment strategically located with all the safety you need to be able to explore Sao Paulo by foot. Staying close the bohemian Augusta and Paulista Ave is a plus to those who wish to explore Sao Paulo by foot and public transport. You will be a couple of blocks away to Paulista/Consolação and Mackenzie Higienopolis stations

All in a great condo with pool, sauna, gym, study room, meeting room, pay-per-use laundry (for stays longer than 2 business days) and garage included.

Our check in / out is very easy, but please notice that the usual time of check in is after 3PM and check out before 11:00AM. If you need another time, just ask me and it will be a pleasure to try to relax

Laundry must be paid direct to the laundry staff. It costs 28 R$ up to 8 kg, so consolidate as much as you can.

We accept one small pet per reservation only and an extra fee will apply to the daily rate. Please confirm it with us prior to the reservation.
