All in a great condo with pool, sauna, gym, study room, meeting room, pay-per-use laundry (for stays longer than 2 business days) and garage included

Our check in / out is very easy, but please notice that the usual time of check in is after 15 and check out before 11:00. If you need another time, just ask me and it will be a pleasure to try to relax.
Laundry must be paid direct to the laundry staff.

We accept one small pet per reservation only and an extra fee will apply to the daily rate. Please confirm it with us prior to the reservation.

In addition, it is on a high floor and features a balcony with incredible views of the city, great WiFi signal and a flat screen TV.

It is well equipped with kitchen utensils such as pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, microwave, electric stove 2 burners; perfect for your stay.

We recommend a maximum of 2 people, but it can accommodate up to 3. You will have access to all the building facilities.

In the apartment there are clean towels and bed linen and basic condiments for cooking.

The condo has a beautiful 25m pool, pool chairs, air-conditioned gym, sauna, dressing room, garage, automatic shoe polisher, WiFi in public areas, study hall, 24 hour doorman. All this at no extra charge!
There is also a laundry service inside the building which is paid extra.

Spacious apartment in residential building, it has 2 bedrooms and is located 150 meters to Fradique Coutinho metro station. Airy, extremely well located, just 4 blocks from Vila Madalena and one block from Rua dos Pinheiros (gastronomic center) in a very safe area. Wifi and cable TV.

Our professional team sanitizes the apartment before and after your stay, as well as bed linen and towels are in a professional laundry.

For everyone's safety, the building requires guests to send their documents before arrival. After booking, you will need to send us a photo of all guests' IDs.
