3. **No Smoking Policy:** Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and common areas, subject to an extra fee for violation.

4. **Service Hours:** Customer support is available from 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM; no online support is provided after this time.

5. **Pet Policy:** We accept small pets (one cat or dog) with an additional fee; please inquire before booking.

6. **Visitor Restrictions:** Visitors are not permitted during the stay.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

It is not permitted to receive visitors.

The building has laundry facilities paid separately, outside the apartment.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

This is the concept of CASA MADA, located in the best spot in Vila Madalena on the corner of Rua Wisard and Rua Harmonia, Duplex Mada is an original architectural project by Carlos Bratke that was revisited by art director Billy Castilho in 2023. With 65m2 and all the comfort you need to stay in the heart of Vila Mada. With works of art scattered throughout and a common outdoor area with lounge chairs and a meeting table.

The studio located on Rua Frei Caneca is new and is in a modern and complete building, with everything you need for a wonderful stay, it is a few minutes from Paulista and Rua Augusta, where you have a whole range of options for gastronomic leisure and cultures very close by, in addition to being next to Shopping Frei Caneca.

The apartment is complete, has wifi, 24-hour concierge, AC, swimming pool on the terrace, smoking area and pet area.

THE APARTMENT

The studio space has been fully optimized and lit in the best way, has a modern touch and has a television, wifi, induction stove, kitchen utensils, microwave, air conditioning, queen-size bed and full-length mirror that it brings spaciousness to the apartment and is also a closet where the minibar is kept.


THE BUILDING

Being new and modern, the building is a paradise in the middle of the city, where you can relax and enjoy your leisure time while being in the center of São Paulo, a few minutes from Higienópolis-Mackenzie station.
It also has a space on the roof with chairs for sunbathing and shower, swimming pool and area with hammocks.
