Modern and functional studio with a pure concept, extremely favored by natural lighting and fresh air, with a focus on global architecture, Triptyque Architecture, which was responsible for the project, explores the tools that serve a contemporary and sustainable world, praising greenery and privileged view of the location.

The building offers laundry facilities for a fee in its common areas, outside the apartment.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs. It is not permitted to receive visitors. Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged. Our opening hours are from 9:30 am to 11:00 pm. After this time we do not have online support.

This accommodation is a development by Idea!Zarvos, a reference company in the area.
