The studio is located in the Think Building (Bairro República), which is the canvas for the largest urban art mural in the world, called the Urban Aquarium, in addition to being in the midst of icons of modernist architecture in São Paulo, such as the Copan building, the Italia, and to the exponents of São Paulo's gastronomic scene, such as the award-winning restaurant A Casa do Porco and the traditional Bar da Dona Onça.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their documents before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo ID of all guests.

It is NOT allowed to receive visitors and take pets.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra day will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 08:00 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

The building offers separate laundry facilities in its common areas, outside the apartment.
