The full kitchen and the washing machine in the laundry area make longer stays easy, and the table works for meals or for opening your laptop. There's Wi-Fi, TV and a ceiling fan. The building has an elevator and a 24-hour front desk.

GETTING AROUND Ana Rosa subway station is a 5-minute walk away and connects the blue and green lines. Green line: Avenida Paulista in 2 stops, MASP in 3 and Hospital das Clínicas in 5. Blue line: Liberdade in 4 stops and Tietê bus terminal with no transfers. HCor, Beneficência Portuguesa and Oswaldo Cruz are one or two stops away, in Paraíso. Hospital Santa Rita is within walking distance, and the Vila Clementino medical hub (Hospital São Paulo/Unifesp, Hospital do Servidor) is about 10 minutes by car. Congonhas airport is around 20 minutes by car outside rush hour.

At the door: a French bakery right next to the building and a gym 2 minutes away.

Within 5 minutes: the subway and Pão de Açúcar supermarket.

Within 10 minutes: neighborhood bakeries that open at 6 AM, a 24h pharmacy, a coworking space and SESC Vila Mariana, with theater, concerts, exhibitions and a café.

10 to 15 minutes: Rua Joaquim Távora, Vila Mariana's bar and restaurant strip, with botecos, wine bars, craft beer and Italian food.

5–10 MINUTES BY CAR Ibirapuera Park and the MAC USP rooftop, Aclimação Park, Lasar Segall Museum, Casa Modernista, Cinemateca Brasileira, Centro Cultural São Paulo, and the Pátio Paulista and Metrô Santa Cruz malls.
