• For everyone's safety, the building requires guests to send their identification documents before arrival. After booking, simply send us a photo of each guest's ID.

• Visitors are not allowed.

• Check-in must be completed between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-out by 11:00 AM. Need more flexibility? Let us know and we will check availability.

• Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or in any common areas of the building. In case of non-compliance, an extra daily fee will be charged.

• We are available online from 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM to help with anything you need.

• We accept one small pet (dog or cat) per reservation, for an additional fee. Please check with us before booking.
