Reservations

In order to validate a reservation, our customers must provide proof of payment and the following information:

Date of birth

ID or Passport

CPF

Address / Neighborhood / City / ZIP Code

Email

Property Entry Time

Property Exit Time

Name of other guests (if any);


Payment, Reservation, Rent and Security Deposit

To book one of our properties, we require a booking confirmation deposit of at least 50% of the total rental amount. The remain of the rent will be charged at check-in before entering the property.

Payments may be made by bank transfer / deposit, Paypal, credit card or cash payment at our office.

The security deposit may be required upon check-in with cash per property at time of booking.

We do not accept checks. In order to receive your payment, we always require a confirmation of the transfer via email or message.

Your reservation will be valid from the time the reservations department sends a confirmation email.

If, for any reason beyond our management's control, the leased property is no longer available, we will offer our clients relocation for a similar or better property or a full refund of all amounts paid.

Check in

Check In Time: 2PM - 10PM

Please send us a photo of all guests' identities prior to check-in. This is essential for the doorman to grant your access.

If the guest plans to arrive before our check-in time at 2pm, they may leave their luggage at our office during our business hours. If the apartment is available and the guest wants an early check-in, a change between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM can be arranged at no extra charge.

For check-ins before 09:30am the guest will need to book the previous night.


Check-out

Check Out Time: until 11am

After checking out the customer can store their luggage in our office during opening hours. If the apartment is available and the guest wishes to leave we can relax until 12:30 PM at no charge.

For checkouts after this time, we charge the rent equivalent to the next day. If the customer does not check out at the agreed time or until 12:30 PM, the equivalent of a full night will be charged. If another guest is checking in at the apartment and we need to relocate him due to the late check out, all costs regarding to the relocation or cancellations wiil be charged from the customer.


Cancellation and reservation changes

In case of cancellation or no show, the amount of the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline. Changes to booking dates will only be allowed upon written confirmation from Vossa Bossa Stay.

Vossa Bossa Stay has the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without any refund of amounts paid by the customer, if one of the following occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on the reservation, neighborhood peace disturbance and / or violation of condominium rules, party arrangements, illicit drug use, pets without our permission, non-payment of full rent or security deposit.

If the reserved property has internet connection or cable TV, Vossa Bossa Stay assumes no responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences arising from them. These services are provided by telecommunication companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with Internet connectivity or TV signal, no rental payment will be refunded.

Responsibilities and obligations of our guests

The guest assumes full responsibility for the property they rented as well as any item belonging to the condo. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The client and all occupants of the apartment and their visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and rules of this. Fines imposed by the condominium management for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the client. Additionally they may also lead to a premature termination of the rental agreement without any refund.

Visitors

There are condos that do not allow visitors to enter. Please contact us before making any reservations where visitors are expected, so that we can provide a more suitable property.

Forum

The contracting parties elect the District Court of São Paulo, SP.
