Short description

Ever shared a bath on the 37th floor with all of São Paulo at your feet? This studio is in Mirante do Vale, the same tower as the Sampa Sky observation deck and the Iccarus rooftop, and it looks like a movie set: arches, drapes, gold accents and stripes everywhere. King bed, A/C, Wi-Fi and an equipped kitchen. São Bento subway station is a few minutes' walk away, and the whole historic downtown is yours to explore.

About the place

Welcome to Glam: a studio made for two, with the city lights as your only company.

The best time here is at night: a full tub, low lights and São Paulo glowing 37 floors below. Want privacy? Just close the curtains.

To sleep, a king bed and A/C. There's Wi-Fi and TV for lazy days in, and the kitchen has you covered for breakfast with a view or a bottle of wine at the end of the day.

The building is Mirante do Vale, the tallest in Brazil for 48 years and still the tallest downtown. Up top you'll find Sampa Sky, an observation deck with glass platforms on the 42nd floor, and Iccarus, a rooftop bar with a dance floor on the 43rd: your night out is at the same address.

Outside, the whole historic center on foot: São Bento Monastery, Farol Santander, Martinelli Building, Theatro Municipal. São Bento subway station is a few minutes away. At night, we recommend a ride-hailing app to get around.

Property

O Mirante do Vale é um dos prédios mais altos da cidade, contando com 50 andares. O Edifício abriga o famoso ponto turístico Sampa Sky.

Nossos apartamentos são projetados para receber hóspedes com todo o conforto e possuem vistas lindas da cidade. Eles são entregues com enxoval completo e higienizado, toalhas, xampu e condicionador etc.

Não possui vaga de garagem. Há um estacionamento pago a parte ao lado do edifício. Os custos de estacionamento não estão incluídos na reserva.

Necessário enviar cópia do documento oficial com foto de todos os hóspedes e não são permitidas visitas no apartamento.

For everyone's safety, the building requires guests' IDs before arrival. After booking, just send us a photo of each guest's ID.

Check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Need more flexibility? Let us know and we'll check availability.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or in the building's common areas. Violations will be charged one extra night.

We're available online from 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM to help with anything you need.

We accept one small pet (dog or cat) per booking, for an extra fee. Please check with us before booking.

The apartment has no parking space, but there's a paid parking garage in the building next door.
