ap_essepe is an exclusive studio located in the heart of República, designed for those seeking comfort, character, and convenience while experiencing São Paulo.
Created by architect Yanaina Mella, the project combines contemporary design with Brazilian art to provide a welcoming space full of personality in the city center.
Just steps away from the subway, cafés, restaurants, galleries, and surrounded by some of São Paulo’s most iconic architectural landmarks, the apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, fiber internet, air conditioning, smart TV, balcony, and a perfect environment for both short and extended stays.
The modern building features a rooftop pool, gym, laundry facilities, and shared common areas, making your stay even more enjoyable.

General notes
For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.
It is not permitted to receive visitors.
The building has laundry facilities paid separately, outside the apartment.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.
Our opening hours are from 9:30 am to 11:00 pm. After this time we do not have online support.
