• For everyone’s safety, we require guests to send their identification documents before arrival. After booking, simply send us a photo of each guest’s ID.

• To ensure privacy and a peaceful environment, visitors are not allowed.

• Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Need more flexibility? Let us know, and we’ll check availability.

• Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas. If this rule is not followed, an extra night’s fee will be charged.

• Our online support is available from 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM. If you need anything, we’re here to help.

• We accept one small pet (dog or cat) per reservation, with an additional fee. Please check with us before booking.
