Vila Madalena Diseno Studio

Located in the heart of the most vibrant, bohemian, artistic and architectural neighborhood in São Paulo, this minimalist studio has everything you need for a perfect and cozy stay. The studio has a balcony overlooking the full kitchen with basic utensils for everyday cooking, air conditioning, wi-fi, swimming pool, gym, garage and 24-hour concierge.

The building offers laundry facilities for a fee in its common areas, outside the apartment.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

It is not permitted to receive visitors.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

THE APARTMENT

With white wood furniture and a clean and modern tone, with a TV with a ceiling support that rotates 360 degrees, you can watch from the queen-size bed, sofa or while preparing a meal in the full kitchen that has induction cooker, microwave, water filter, refrigerator, board, cutlery, bowls and utensils.

The apartment has studio spots, mirrored closet next to the bed and reading lamp, renovated bathroom, a balcony, air conditioning and wi-fi, everything for your stay to be as complete and comfortable as possible.

Vila Madalena, located in the West Zone of the city, is a bohemian neighborhood with a lively nightlife, with many bars and restaurants, it is the right option for those who want to go out at night and discover new places, it also has art galleries, shops and cafes for all tastes.
With easy access to the neighborhoods of Pinheiros, Marginal Pinheiros and Butantã, it is possible to have a range of options for where to go and then return with tranquility to the apartment.

Edificio Diseño is a new and modern building located in the heart of Vila Madalena, in a quiet and residential street, has a good movement of people and is a complete house, with garage, swimming pool on the ground floor, gym and laundry, in addition to concierge and 24-hour security, you will enjoy a lot of comfort and practicality.
