It is located on the 18th, offering a wide view of the city, in addition to having a decoration designed to make the space cozy, in addition to having an optimized environment, with a full kitchen, balcony with dining area, and a super comfortable sofa.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

It is not permitted to receive visitors.

Laundry facilities are paid separately and are located in the common areas of the building. The apartment does not have a washer/dryer.

The pool is closed for cleaning and maintenance on Wednesdays.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Stained bed linen and towels may incur charges. Do not use the layette to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

PHOTOGRAPHIC SHOOTS or consumption of alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted in the common areas of the building, especially in the swimming pool, please respect all condominium rules.

We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking.

The apartment is temporarily without a glass shower in the bathroom, as it was removed for maintenance.

The building offers separate laundry facilities in its common areas, outside the apartment. The tones used were designed to bring specific sensations to its users, bringing a more calming concept, causing passive tranquility in the environment and immediate relaxation.

In addition to its privileged location, being on Consolação Street, it is central in terms of access to the rest of the city, close to gastronomic and tourist areas and metro stations. The building in which it is located is very popular, with one of the best views of the city, especially from its infinity pool on the 15th floor, which is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories during your stay.
