General notes

• The building is exclusively residential, so we ask all guests to respect the rules of coexistence and the peace of the residents.
• Check-in must be done in person, according to the condominium’s regulations. Therefore, your arrival time must be scheduled in advance with our team.
• For everyone’s safety, the building requests that guests send their identification documents before arrival. After booking, just send us a photo of each guest’s ID.
• Visitors or people not included in the reservation are not allowed.
• Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited in the apartment. The property is located in a residential building, and any activity that may disturb other residents is not allowed. Loud noise, high-volume music, or disruptive behavior are not permitted.
• The common areas of the condominium must be used exclusively in accordance with the building’s rules and designated hours.
• The number of guests must match the number indicated in the reservation. Exceeding the maximum capacity of the accommodation is not allowed.
• Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Need more flexibility? Let us know in advance and we’ll check availability.
• Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in the building’s common areas. If this rule is not followed, an extra daily fee will be charged.
• We kindly ask guests to take care of the furniture, artwork, appliances, and other items in the apartment. Damages caused during your stay may result in extra charges.
• For safety reasons, it is not allowed to alter, remove, or disable equipment, locks, devices, or safety items in the apartment or condominium.
• The apartment includes 2 parking spaces. These must be used exclusively by guests and in accordance with the condominium’s rules. Using someone else’s parking spot or parking in unauthorized areas is not allowed.
• We are available online from 8:30 AM to 11:00 PM to assist with anything you may need.
Attention: Electric Power Consumption The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in every room, as well as an electric stove, dishwasher, and washer-dryer. To allow free and unrestricted use of these appliances, energy consumption is managed by a daily quota: 20 kWh/day — from April to October 26 kWh/day — from November to March The quota is based on the apartment’s actual consumption and comfortably covers normal use for up to 4 guests, including air conditioning at night in all bedrooms. If you exceed the quota, the surplus will be charged at R$ 1.50 per kWh. The meter is located inside the apartment for your reference. This policy is in place to encourage conscious energy use—especially to avoid running the air conditioning in empty rooms or with windows open. In practice, this is rarely an issue: with usual usage, the quota is not exceeded.
