Bali House in Maresias Condominium 150m from the sea

Just a 5-minute walk to Maresias beach, this Balinese-Indonesia-style gated community house will offer you perfect days of leisure and rest.
Embedded in one of the most famous surfing sanctuaries in the world and surrounded by the green of the Atlantic Forest, this recently renovated house has 4 suites that comfortably accommodate up to 10 people and 3 parking spaces. The master suite is immense and has a super king bed with a large and airy bathroom.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guest documents to be sent prior to arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo ID of all guests.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.



Our opening hours are from 09:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

NOTE: THE REFRIGERATOR INSTALLED IN THE BARBECUE AREA IS TEMPORARILY NOT WORKING AND THE STAIRS DO NOT HAVE HANDRAILS.

The entrance to the house has two cameras facing outwards, so as not to affect privacy.

The gourmet kitchen is a highlight in itself, 100% equipped, the American kitchen is integrated with the TV room, has an island, cutlery, extractor fan and lots of space, it is perfect for those who enjoy entertaining with family and friends while cooking.

The house also has broadband internet (200 megas), sound system and smart TV with cable channels. The internal part has 2 suites and a demi-suite with 2 double bedrooms connected by a bathroom.

The master suite is very spacious, king-size bed with mosquito net, air conditioning, large rug, chairs, ornamental plant, a large window and wooden decoration with rustic pieces and paintings in the same theme as the house. The bathroom has a great shower, stone walls and a very large sink and mirror for your comfort.

The demi-suite has 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, air conditioning and a shared bathroom, all very clean and well decorated. The second suite has 3 very comfortable single beds and all beds have super comfortable and elegant bedding, it also has air conditioning

The TV room faces the external balcony where there is a very harmonious space, with a table, a large round sofa, barbecue and the private garden with ornamental plants that surround and provide privacy, as well as a shower that connects to the pool. At the back we also have a service area with a full laundry room. The pool, although not private, is shared with only 7 other houses.

The gated community also has the best of modern security and 24-hour monitoring. This allows you to enjoy the swimming pool (per block of 8 houses), barbecue area (private), sand court (volleyball, beach tennis and footvolleyball) and another tennis court.

All this with great proximity to the center of Maresias and on the delivery line of the best restaurants and covered by all food delivery apps in the region.
