For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document prior to arrival. After booking, you must send us an ID photo of all guests.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is by 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask and we will check availability.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas of the building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 09:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking.

THE APARTMENT

This fully equipped and comfortable studio features a clean design that combines modern style with an urban touch inspired by the city of São Paulo. Decorated in beige and gray tones, it includes wooden shelves, gray cabinets, warm pendant lighting with adjustable brightness, and studio spotlights. The apartment offers a dining table, induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, essential kitchenware, a television, a double-size bed, and a white bathroom. For your comfort, the space also provides air conditioning, fresh and comfortable bedding, an iron, hangers, shampoo, soap, and a hair dryer.

THE LOCATION

Located in a prime area of Consolação with easy access to downtown, the Belint building is situated on Rua Bela Cintra, near Avenida Paulista, Sírio-Libanês Hospital, Shopping Frei Caneca, and Higienópolis-Mackenzie station. It's also close to one of the city's most famous landmarks, the MASP on Avenida Paulista, and just one street away from Rua Augusta.
