Iconic Copan | Stylish Minimal Studio

Charming studio in the iconic Copan Building, right in the heart of São Paulo. The apartment combines comfort and style in a compact, well-designed space. It features a comfortable bed, an equipped kitchen and the unique experience of staying in one of the most famous buildings in the city. Perfect for travelers who want to explore downtown São Paulo on foot.

Note: The building is undergoing restoration on the facade, where during your stay there may be construction noise during the day.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

We need a few hours to authorize your access at the entrance, so if you make your reservation for entry on the same day and it happens outside business hours, we will need more time to authorize your access.

It is not permitted to receive visitors.

The standard check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 8:30 am to 11:00 pm. After this time we do not have online support.

We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking.

The apartment features a comfortable bed, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. There is also an equipped kitchen with basic utensils, ideal for preparing quick meals during your stay. The studio also includes Wi-Fi, TV, and bed and bath linens so you can enjoy a convenient and comfortable stay. Located on a lower floor of the building, the apartment offers easy access while still providing the unique experience of staying inside the famous Copan building, surrounded by the vibrant atmosphere of downtown São Paulo. One of the biggest highlights is the location. Copan is surrounded by cafés, bars, traditional restaurants and cultural landmarks. Within a short walking distance you will find: • Terraço Itália • República Square • Edifício Itália • Galeria do Rock • several traditional restaurants and bars Public transportation and metro stations are also nearby, making it easy to reach Avenida Paulista, Vila Madalena, Pinheiros and other important areas of the city. This studio is the perfect base for anyone visiting São Paulo for work, leisure or a quick city escape.
