BRIGHT STUDIO VILA MADALENA

Studio with American kitchen and balcony located in the heart of the most bohemian neighborhood in São Paulo, Vila Madalena/Sumarézinho. It is 30m2, well distributed with a beautiful side view of the neighborhood. The large window on the balcony requires minutes of contemplation, bringing spaciousness to the space with plenty of natural light.

The living room with smart TV and curtains is perfect for relaxing and watching a movie at the end of the day.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

It is not permitted to receive visitors.

The building offers laundry facilities for a fee in its common areas, outside the apartment.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Stained bed linen and towels may incur charges. Do not use the layette to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 9:30 am to 11:00 pm. After this time we do not have online support.

At first glance, we come across the American kitchen that connects to the TV room. The kitchen has appliances and cabinets for your comfort.

Arriving in the intimate area, we came across one. good and spacious bathroom.

The bathroom is functional and cozy and has excellent finishes.
