On the 30th floor of Copan — São Paulo's most iconic building, designed by Oscar Niemeyer — you wake up with the entire city below you. The highlight? A soaking tub facing the panoramic window: imagine relaxing while the skyline stretches out in front of you. Stylish decor, full kitchen, and right in the heart of downtown SP. This is more than a stay — it's an experience.

• For everyone's safety, the building requires guests to submit ID documents before arrival. After booking, simply send us a photo of each guest's ID.

• Visitors are not allowed on the premises.

• Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Need more flexibility? Just let us know and we'll check availability.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in any common areas. A violation will result in an extra night's charge.

• We're available online from 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM to assist with anything you need.

• We welcome one small pet (dog or cat) per booking, subject to an extra fee. Please check with us before reserving.

• Important — bathtub draining: please drain the water in three stages (one third at a time). This is essential to avoid overflow. Instructions will be provided at the apartment.

• The building is currently undergoing facade restoration — some daytime construction noise may occur during your stay.
